"I had received the sample, but when I did ... " (more) because it wasn't properly packaged in the envelope it was sent in the sample package had received a hole in it and had made a mess all over the piece of paper it was in and the outside of the envelope it was in. There was contouring cream on the outside of the envelope so bad the the ink was smeared and the cream was all over on the front of the envelope. I sent an e-mail right away and told the seller about and had also explained how the product should be properly wrapped because the seller was new to Listia. I asked the seller what could be done about it and was told they would have to look to see what samples they had. I told her I wasn't picky that anything would be fine, so was contacted later and told what I would be sent only after being told that there had been a personal situation that had come up and that was why she hadn't gotten back to me right away. It's been over 3 weeks now and still have not seen another sample product to replace the damaged one. I've been very patient with the seller but I believe she could at be honest and please send the other product like she said she would. That is why I gave her a neutral feedback. Fast to respond to e-mails, fast to send original product, but please keep your word when you say you are going to send another product to replace a damaged product. And please make sure you package products well when shipping products out to others. Just trying to help out."
