So on the 4th or 5th day I sent another msg asking if this item had been shipped yet. She had still been getting online and still chose not to respond. So a day later I filed a dispute and she immediately responded by saying, "I was going to friday or monday. Once I get paid. Although I admit not responding as promptly as you had expected, I do not appreciate the dispute.". I then replied by basically stateing I'm a patient person but 5 days w/o communication wasn't right all she had to do was let me know when she could ship. I'm a very considerate and understaing person just communicate with me. You can ask any seller or buyer i've dealt with and they'll say the same. She then left me a neutral which I believe to be unfair. I've sent her a msg asking her to change and she's since then been online but no change.
