Winner is BLOCKED and Listia is WRONG to refund her credits. How are you going to wait THIRTY SIX DAYS and then not even contact lister and say "Oops, sorry, here is my address, can I still have the item" and just file a dispute?? What a horrible person and HORRIBLE Listia Member! Be SUPER CAREFUL if this person wins your auction! S/he is shady and not a good in any sense of the word. AVOID AT ALL COSTS is my advice. People who can't apologize for making a mistake and not contacting and then don't have the people skills to work it out when they are obviously the ones who messed up shouldn't be a part of Listia.. I would rather deal with minors. They probably have better manners and will contact. This isn't over. I am submitting a help ticket. Listia rules are EXTREMELY clear and this moderator was WRONG to give the credits back.
