"Winner contact and stated it didn't work. ... " (more) Game was tested prior to be placed in auction in a ps2 and a ps3. Was then tested again prior to shipping in both machines and it works perfectly. Wasn't willing to just give back the credits as I knew it worked. Stated I'd accept the item back and take a video recording of the item working in my consoles (as long as no further damage was done to the item from it's origianl state I put mailed it in). If it infact didn't work for me I'd refund the credits but if it did work that would be proof to a moderator that it infact did work and no credits would be given back. Seller didn't want to file a dispute as it was too stressful for them. Didn't want to pay and provide tracking to the item so they just decided to keep it. No dispute was filed.
