"I won this dress and when I received it ther ... " (more)e were yellow stains throughout. It was a dryclean only item. It should have been cleaned before shipping out. She did refund my credits which she should have. She requested the dress back which was fine. I had no problem with that but expected me to pay to ship it back. I refused to pay for it. If she wanted it back she could pay for it herself. She sent me a very stained item and then expected me to pay for it out of my pocket. She threatened to report me to Listia calling me a scammer. That was not the case. I contacted Listia and he told me to send it back which I did. I had to pay for the shipping. So not only was I out hte dress but out the shipping expense too. This girl seems very vindictive. Listia needs to monitor these people that are starting accounts. Alot of these are kids. Very immature. I thought the rules state people over 18 can start accounts. Would be very leery about doing business with her. I am a trusted seller and got the short end of the stick on this one. "I would never buy or sell with this user aga ... " (more)in. I made an honest mistake and when this user pointed out to me that there were stains, I apologized and immediately refunded her points. I asked if she would return my dress on her dime since I had already offered free shipping, and I hoped that she could be kind enough to do the same and she refused and asked me to send her money in an envelope (which i felt uncomfortable with). I finally contacted a Listia Monitor and he demanded that she return my dress. Over all this was a very bad experience and very upsetting to me. This women harrased me and was very rude and I did my best to stay very calm and collected.
