When I received my item which was described as "NEW" and said to have been kept in a bag protecting it, there were yellow stains on the legs of the beanie baby. I spent $$ on shipping on this item which was supposed to be a gift for my sister that I don't get to give to her now because of the condition of the item, and no refund on the shipping charges i paid.
