"Pay To" - You went over the divider line. "From" - you left this part blank. You needed to fill in your informatin and name/address needs to be there so that I can cash it. The person who is sending the money order out has to fill it out properly so that the person receiving it can actually use it. wheni went to the post office i was told that the person who buys and fills out the money order needs to fill it out completely. the person told me that i was not allowed to do that and it is fraud!!!
