When I got the angel, it has several chips and was not perfect. I asked for a fund, he refused to give me back the refund. After many back and forth arguments and I had proved to him that he provided false advertisement and tried to mislead buyers. He asked me to give him a positive feedback or he would retaliate by giving me a negative feed back. I agreed to his suggestion to give each other positive feedback if he would give me a refund of my credits and if he would send me the money for shipping to return to him the defective item I would be happy to do that. When I file for return of credits with Listia he started to deny any thing that was wrong with the angels. The defects showed up on the pictured, but unless you have the angel in your hand you can not tell. Because his continue refusal to give me back the credit which is not very much. I file a dispute claim with Listia. It is up to the seller to provide accurate description of an item to sell. This seller is very deceptive. He had done this before with other buyer. "

You need to send communication directly through the message center. Any communication on this page doesn't reach the seller, so unless you are looking, you won't know. This not a battery operated phone, so there wouldn't be any charger! It plugs into your phone jack. It is cordless, which has nothing to do with a charger. "
