"Sellers BEWARE ::::::>>> Bidder ... " (more)s original item was lost in the mail. After learning this at evening time 4 days ago, I immediately sent her a replacement the next day, 3 days ago. She did not even give it time to get to her before freaking out that she didn't get either one that I'd sent her...Well no duh!!!! The first one was obviously lost in the mail and the second one couldn't have possibly made it that fast! I tried to be amicable and nice with this girl but she just would not quit. She was immature, impatient, and rude throughout my entire experience with her and kept saying she was the customer. Apparently to her, that meant she could disrespect me and say whatever she liked and act like a total brat because the customer is always right. WRONG. She also said she would never come into my salon... HAHAHA!! We kick people out and file trespassing warrants for acting like that - we don't want your business if you think you can come in and walk all over us just because you are the customer. Sorry. We love our customers, and treat them with the utmost respect and care. Besides that I've never met one that acted like this, and I've had some characters. I continually tried to resolve the situation with her as politely as possible over the past 3 days. She responded by sending me disrespectful emails, cursing at me, and calling me names every chance she could get. Her last comment to me was this: YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A FAKE Axx LIAR!!! I am tired of playing games with you lady! YOU are trying to make me look like some kind of bad person and YOU'RE the one who isnt following through with you CRAP!!!!! SCREW YOU stupid COW! No better yet F YOU!
