"I've NEVER left negative feedback fo ... " (more)r anyone on any site before, but this was a bad experience. I paid for shipping immediately after the auction ended. 5 days later, the seller contacts me & asks me to let her know when I've paid so she can ship the item. Eventually it arrived. The auction description said jacket was leather & brand new, but it turned out to be polyurethane & was dirtier than it would be if it had never been worn. When I filed a dispute, the seller responded saying that she had really thought it was leather & insists she'd never worn it. There's a BIG difference between leather & cheap polyurethane, so I have a hard time believing she didn't know. Finally, 9 days later she agreed to refund my credits. This time she said that she meant to write that the jacket was "like leather" because she unsure. If she really was unsure, all she had to do was look at the tag.
