" (more)r started a dispute in less than a week after sending address claiming they did not received items (this was over a holiday weekend so no mail on Monday). I REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY! After several e-mails about complaints of the items not arriving (still less than 6 business days since shipped) (I can't control the USPS as I upheld my end on shipping in one business day) I offered to let them keep the items when they arrive as I no longer could deal with their negativity and wanted to make it a excellent transaction as I always strive for. Buyer now has items (delivery confirmation says delivered) and all credits and they still felt the need to leave negative feedback. I am out credits, items and shipping as I offered FREE!
