"This seller is a scammer and liar. I had a ... " (more)friend with me when I opened the package and both of us were surprised the the necklace was broken. I contacted her immediately to tell her that the item was damaged on arrival and asked for my credits back. She called me a liar and refused to give my credits back. I said if she wanted for me to send the necklace back she need to send me the money for postage because it's not fair for buyers to lose money when it's not their faults . After I sent the necklace back with my own money and gave her the confirmation, she decided she didn't want the necklace back and refused to give me back my credits. She kept emailing me and agitated me to no end. I had to ask her to stop emailing me. I put a block on her, but the listia blocking system does not work; her emails came through. I filled a dispute with listia and provided proof that the necklace was broken before I got it. Listia sided with me and gave my credits back. I lost money on this transaction.
