" (more)ning bid, then she said she changed her mind and didn't want them anymore She requested a refund, which I gave to her, because I place a high value on customer service...and then she left neutral feedback for ME! If Listia would allow me to leave a negative feedback for her, I would... but since I was gracious enough to give her a refund when she changed her mind, they will only let me leave neutral. BE WARE!!!"
