"The package never arrived and was lost in ... " (more)the mail so instead of emailing me and asking me to handle it the buyer opens a paypal dispute and a dispute for credits back on the item first before ever even notifying me she did not receive the item. She waited 2 weeks to do this. I returned money for shipping and credits and lost out of pocket on shipping costs and my item to this buyer....I would have done so happily had she at least notified me that there was a problem but an email wasn't sent telling me till after she processes claims against me. :("Oct 14th 2011, 8:12:59 AM PDT (about 13 years ago)
