So, after almost 30 days of the auction ending I decided it was time to file a dispute and get my credits back. If the seller would have responded then and resolved the issue or just gave my credits to me instead of having to wait 5 days for them I would have left a neutral feedback. I REALLY was excited to get this hairspray too -- it's my favorite so there's triple disappointment. Sorry for leaving the negative with so many positive feedback on your end... it's the truth though.
