I, personally, wear a size 7 on the left middle ring finger and it fit me perfectly. Henceforth, why I stated that the size was a 7 in the original listing. My intentions were to be positive, especially with this auction winner as he told me of his wife's ring situation. I feel terrible that this occurred during shipping and that the ring doesn't fit his wife. Please refund this auction winner his credits and send him my utmost apologies his way.
