It came to me with the box ripped to shreds, which is hardly new in box! Once the box is opened, it is NOT new IN box! Seller did not disclose this during the auction or even before shipping to me. When I filed a dispute Listia wanted me to mail the item back in order to receive a refund, but my family is struggling financially so the shipping to send this back would mean my family goes without milk or bread. My daughter was supposed to receive this in her Easter basket, but now she's not going to have a toy in her Easter basket because of a seller that did not disclose vital information about an item that I cannot give to my daughter looking like it was picked out of the garbage and because of Listia's poor policies and business practices.
