Kate531"The bear came wrapped by USPS in plastic because ... " (more) the package it was wrapped in was old and slitting on the sides and no extra tape was on the package to encircle it length and width. The bear fell out of the package en route and was stepped on by a variety of people until it was finally located on the floor in some post office. The bear was filthy from being trampled on and I threw it away. The Negative feedback rating was removed from winners of auctions or I would have used it. I am mailing the USPS plastic bag with the statement of regret on it that sellers package was in to the seller's address.
