" (more)Well all coupons out here on listia have restrictions and the last winner after relisting this had no problems in useing this coupon where she lived. The clerk at the store did not ask her how she got obtained the coupon! This is what I told this person also, so he sent it back and complained that he had to pay 45cents to return this coupon from a totally free website. It is well known that no matter what website ya win something on, that if you do not what the item the only way to get a refund is simply to return. BOOOOOO HOOOOO he spent 45cents and it cost me $3.15 to get to him, then I had to spend that same amount to get to the new winner. Be very careful in items that ya send to this person as he may complain one way or the other."
