"I had not received shipping payment, but in good faith sent item anyway. I sent via standard mail ... " (more)instead of Priority with tracking as I was not sure payment for these would be received. Winner then complained about shipping charges (which were clearly stated in listing, which she agreed to in bidding). I explained the reduced shipping charges were because of the way it was shipped, and agreed that she could just pay the face value of the stamp (which is not in fact the actual cost to mail--there was a surcharge for it being too thick to meter, tax, plus the time & expense to go to the post office to get it weighed and posted. But nonetheless left unfavorable feedback, and at ten days after the auction date, I have received no payment. Very frustrating experience. If one doesn't agree with the terms of the listing, one should not bid. "
