"Had pro. with item when received it was not as listed in size. Stated in description it was XL when ... " (more) in fact after receiving it turned out to be a XL junior. They stated and thought it was my responsibility to read though every comment to find it was corrected to junior. I had in fact told them it is the listers responsibility to make sure their listings are accurate and is stated in Listias rules. That it was their responsibility to update description. I Informed them that I could not afford to ship item back to get credits returned. It was then agreed upon that I would ship item back as C.O.D. I did this they promptly refunded credits after I copied and pasted postal info that the item was indeed sitting at their local P.O. I would leave a neutral, but they did do the right thing as it was their error that got us to this point. With them being still fairly new to listia everyone deserves a chance to keep good grades. I have let them keep their good standing rep. here by giving them a POSITIVE and not a neutral or negative.."
