"I got a plain white envelope in the mail & it had a good size hole on the face from the postal ... " (more)machines. Luckily the bracelet did not fall through hole and amazinly it was NOT damaged. I like my bracelet. I would caution you to do a better job of wrapping/securing jewelry you may send in the future."
