The hold up maybe the fact I sent this regular mail. I was advised to do it that way by the post office because it was paper. Please give another few days before you dispute this item. No! neither one has been used one was ripped off of the paper that you need to cut with scissors to open. That's completely false! I would never lie about something so small, nor do I have a reason to use the item. If I thought there was a possibility of this being true I'd have no problem replacing it. But seriously you just switched things up first it was 1 was used and empty now it was oozing out? leave you're feedback I do NOT care if it's negative. I don't revolve my life over listia.

No I'm not defensive at all you never stated these important details in you're first e-mail. Please reread what you stated! I receive samples from all over and have never experienced what you're saying. I'm not saying it can't happen because it can you stated something completely different in you're first e-mail.
