She could have talked to me about the error instead of flying off the handle with her rude comments. Never informed me that she had received the item. She does not warrant a positive, nor does she warrant a negative, so in the middle this I will be with this!"

"Awesome job using the GIN tab. However this winner does not warrant a positive(please read). Winner ... " (more) was supplied with expected delivery date, which is just what it say's EXPECTED and does not Guarantee it will arrive on that date. Winner sent me a message stating that USPS web shows item was delivered the very next day after I shipped, then filed a dispute. When I contacted winner I stated I would call her post office, my post office and I even called the phone number listed on USPS website. By no fault of mine, I found out that a person at the Memphis sort facility hit the wrong key when they scanned package into their system. Found out the item was still in route to winners address. I shipped on the 12th of Dec 2011. Most packages will typically take 3 to 4 days for delivery. Winner was very impatient on waiting a couple extra days, given the holiday season. It was totally unfair of winner to file a dispute before they heard from me. As ya can see in her feedback to me as she stated "sorry about the mix up!". Yes they cancelled the dispute but only cause of all the phone calls I made to try and locate this package, and me explaining what has taken place. Sorry but for this action but a Neutral is warranted!!!!!"
