"Seller although somewhat reasonable would not agree to an equtable refund request of partial credit ... " (more) returns. Seller claimed item was Sterling SIlver. It is marked as such but it too light weight. Seller does not understand idea that the customer is always right and if customer is unhappy with an item for any reason it can be returned. If said customer damages returned item, I believe unwanted item is still accepted back especially if customer admits to damaging item or is unsure whether he damaged it and damaged it in pursuit of establishing whether the item was actaully genuine silver as described. Glass stones are not found in sterling silver settings, so my attempt to find whether it was Sterling Silver wasd by establishing if it was glass or not. It does not matter that seller volunteered that it was glass, he assured me it was silver. I'm not sure iut is silver and will have to melt it to see. THis was all a tempest in a teacup, but it hurts to get costume jewelry for thousands of credits."
