"Seriously??? Okay, I appoligize for not getting back to you. I walked away from this site almost 2 ... " (more)months ago right around the same time this auction went down. I had a personal family issue that arrised and needed to take care of it. I shipped this item and another item out but customs forms got mixed up which was an error done my the postal worker not myself, ya I should've looked and made sure she was putting the right one on the proper box but she's a yapper relative of mine and I don't like her so I just wanted out of there quickly. I didn't contact both you and the other member that won the V.smile that you accidently recieved and made arrangments with the both of you to have you'se send the packages to one another and I pay you both back for the shipping via paypal. You shipped the V.smile out to the other member and I paid the shipping back to you. The other member was pissy and didn't want to ship it to your address, said they didn't have paypal, I offered to pay it through the back and they refused. They told me when the package arrives they'd just refuse it and send it back to me and I could pay the shipping again to ship it out to you. I agreed even though it was gonna cost me 3 times to ship this item out, it never did arrive in my mailbox. The other member gave me a complete run around and was just full of bull-turd lies on the where abouts of this item. Tracking showed that it was recieved by this member but I never seen of it after that. I know for a fact that they were greedy and kept it or else I'd have recieved it back. I therefore, do not appligize for this members greediness. As a reply to your last email, no I do not believe I have to go to the store and purchase your son a Christmas Gift due to all this. You lost your credits on it because you didn't file a dispute, I hadn't been online and stopped replying to all your emails because I can't access them through my cell phone at that was all I had been useing for the time being. If you'd had filed a dispute you would've recieved your credits back atleast, now it's past that time frame, sorry. "
