"First, I don't think it's fair that she can leave Negative Feedback and I can't. Second ... " (more), She said I was not willing to work things out, which was a lie. I told her to send the item back & I would fix it AND pay her back for shipping. She said she would and then never did. So not only does she have the necklaces that cost me money to make, She also has the credits. I was willing to give her credits back if she mailed back the neecklaces. (If she's so unhappy with them, then why does she want to keep them? exactly.) Third, She says this was poor wormanship, Yet I she won ONE necklace and earring set from this auction and then requested that I make it into TWO different necklaces instead of a necklace and earrings, and she told me specifically how she wanted the second necklace. I agreed to do it even though thats not what the auction called for, and then she was unhappy with it. She was rude, dishonest, and if I had noticed she has a big history of leaving negative feedback, I would have just refunded her credits and relisted the auction. "
