"Got my credits refunded, only after filing a second dispute. I asked her if she shipped my dress ab ... " (more)out 15 days ago, got a one word response “yes”. Emailed her after 5 days of not receiving the dress, she did not answer. Then I opened my first dispute, she denied refunding my credits because she said she sent the dress out, but it got sent back to her because of her not writing the address right. My question is why did it take me opening a dispute for her to contact me. I got my credits back, but had to open a second dispute because she denied the first one, only after communicating with me only after opening a dispute. 16 days after auctions end finally got this resolved. Poor communication is not the way to run a business! Thanks anyway."
