Beckett: YU-Gi-OH Collector Book- Brand New Issue 18 (view item)
"We are sending you our deepest apology, in not being able to respond to any messages that you may h ... " (more)ave sent, as well as not communicating with you regarding the status of the item(s) that you won from our auctions. Beyond our control or ability to postpone, we were forced to move our items from a climate controlled storage facility that we had been renting for more than the past year, begining during the last week of June. We were processing the items that had been sold (in between moving) during that time frame, in a generally smooth and timely manner; when we permanetly encountered a technical problem with Listia's website, and were no longer able to access our accounts with our phone (only means of accessing the internet from the storage facility). At about this same time, Carrie's cousin was traveling to Georgia for a holiday family visit, as well as helping us with the tasks at hand. He was in a very tragic vehicle accident enroute, and both he and his wife died. We are beginning to now resume the activities that were disrupted, although with some continued management difficulty due to the overwhelming grief and stress. We hope that you will be able to be patient while we get back on track. We have close to 200 messages to respond to, so we may not be able to write to your personally, at this time. We have over 100 items that have been sold during this time lag, and asure you that we are working in a diligent and serious manner to send out each win, as soon as we are possibly able. Joe and Carrie "
