"Excellent Listian, bid with confidence! Thank you for the prompt shipping. However, It arrived .50 ... " (more) cents Postage Due, and gave no return address. The insufficient Postage amount was due to the fact that the package was greater than 1/4" in thickness in some places, so it required postage to be paid at the 'First Class Parcel' rate, rather than the 'First Class Large Envelope' rate that was paid. Had I 'refused' receipt of the parcel, due to it arriving 'Postage Due', it would have been sent to the 'Dead Letter' Branch, and never would have been recovered due to the fact that there was (1), no return address given, and (2), no Delivery Confirmation Service used. You were fortunate this time, as I am a retired Letter Carrier, and knew what would happen had I refused delivery. But in the future, you may want to be more careful when mailing something.
In any event, I didn't mind paying the .50 cents. The blouse is very lovely, and with the exception of one very small 'pull' on the back of the left sleeve, it is in perfect condition."
