" (more)if it weren't for the "customer service" aspect of this transaction, I'd probably spend every credit I ever got on this site bidding on her jewelry. Unfortunately, one encounter with this seller was enough for me... I won this auction specifically to give the necklace to a friend of mine for her birthday. If the package had arrived in accordance w/ Listia rules, there would have been pleeeenty of time for that to happen; but, sadly, it was EXTREMELY late (as in well over a month late) and I had to settle for gifting something else at the last minute, which was very frustrating/disappointing... I was in constant communication with this seller the entire time I was waiting for the package to arrive and she always promised it would be to me in a few days. At one point she even supplied me with an invalid tracking # in an attempt to appease me, but I had finally had enough by then and filed a dispute... My BIGGEST regret is that I let the seller talk me out of continuing w/ the dispute, since she promised to send me another piece of my choosing to make up for the months of constant headaches and empty promises. I should have known better--the 2nd package still has not shown up to this day... I would never, ever recommend bidding on this seller's auctions unless you are prepared for a huge hassle. I sincerely wish that I had let the dispute continue on, so that I could have left the NEGATIVE feedback that teachkidsblue rightfully deserves!!! Instead, hopefully someone out there will at least read this prior to bidding and re-consider wasting their time and credits... I use to love Listia, but this experience has made me not even want to log-in anymore... =o("

Then, a few days ago I tried to send the seller a message to check on the status of the item and it wouldn't go though, so I tried to go to his profile and it had been deleted... Still not quite sure what happened, but at least I got my credits back!!!"
