**NEW** Colorful Owl Pendant and Necklace ~ Antique Gold Tone(view item)
"What a horrible experience.
The seller sent me a highly scratched DVD, so I asked for her a ... " (more)ddress (quite a few times), so I could mail it back to her. Finally, she says, "You have to hit the "Got it" button so listia knows you've received the item." I replied, "But I need to return it, and I need your address." After a few more attempts to email her, I needed to open a case.
Her case reply, "My address is the same address as the "return" address on the package I shipped to you. I understand you have a hard time reading and understanding what you read so I'll make sure my address is as clear as I can possibly make it in this email. Your credits will be refunded when I receive the DVD in the original condition that it was in when I sent it to you." Well, I saw what I was dealing with. So, I took pictures of everything. The DVD, package, and mailed it back Certified Mail (tracking number). She received it, and left this message: "I have just received a blank DVD in the mail today from the winner disputer. This DVD is no where even close to being the original DVD I sent her. Moderator: I have done all I know to do to satisfy the winner who obviously wants to keep the DVD I sent along with her credits. What else can I do to finally be awarded the credits I should have already received. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated."
She's now having her friends email me with threats, and inquiries about the case. Honestly... what a piece of work, smh. Some people just never grow up.
