$10 Amazon, Walmart, or Ebay e gift card-(view item)
"NEGATIVE! First off seller lied to me about sending this because he gave me no proof that he did se ... " (more)nt it: no delivery confirmation and that he supposedly threw the receipt away. So he wants to blame the mailman for “losing it.” Instead seller decided to relist this same exact item at almost twice the price I won it for and when I called him out on it, he claimed it was not the same one. I was PO so he decided he wanted to dispute my request for a refund. When I looked closer at his feedback, I noticed that he has a habit of blaming the mailman for things he didn’t want to mail out. And I quote seller’s response to me here, “really?! looked harder..there were maybe a few pokemon cards that they ‘didnt receive’...but 95% of the time they get there items.” Right, I am another one of the now” less than 95%” he didn’t bother to mail wins to but claim items were lost in the mail. The best this seller can do to admit his wrongs is that the next day his feedback says he’s somewhat sorry and he refunded me. HOWEVER, I cannot overlook the fact the he lied to me several times even though I asked him to be honest with me constantly. Personally, I can understand that it sucks when a high end item gets sold for less than what I expected; I sold a $60 new video game once for around 14,000 points. But I followed the rules of Listia and sent item out to a very happy winner. I would have no issues if seller was honest and told me he would rather refund me and post a higher bid value for item. I will however refuse to accept it when someone lies to me constantly; ALL SELLERS should be 100% honest, 100% of the time PERIOD. "
