You knew from the title of my auction this was for the dr pepper 20 oz promotion not the dr pepper cup promotion. I really wasn't aware of there being 2 promotions till you sent me that screen shot of you trying to enter the code in for the cup promotion. If you open a dispute I will let Listia determine what is best but I didn't change the terms and I didn't mislead I made a mistake. You didn't even give me a chance to make it right with you instead you used the code and didn't win the x box 360 and now your wanting to dispute. No matter the dispute I still won't ever deal with you ever again you have been blocked and flagged. Hopefully Listia sees that I made a honest mistake and that you are trying to scam me. You will always be a scammer it's a shame that there are more and more scammers these days. "
