I emailed her again on 12/20/2011 to see if this was mailed and onced again it had not been mailed and she said it would be mailed 12/21/2011. Never got them by 12/28/2011 so I filed a dispute for my credits back and she denied it and said they had not been mailed yet because she had not been able to get the money for shipping.
