" (more)d be free ship, and after winng bid over 500, i asked if it was free since over 400, he said no, claiming he said over 600. you can read the comments from the auction still and judge for yourself. then he says he can ship by the 10th or something. upon asking him a week or so after, he aays he put the game in and it doesnt work, has to cancel auction and hes sorry. nothing more from him about refund or anything. i file a dispute, then he says truth is he really wanted to keep it, but je could still mail it out. i said i didnt care, if that was the case he should have said and refunded credits. then he says he wants to keep it again and hes sorry. later claims he honestly refunded the credits, but listia shill shows open dispute, so i told him to be honest. finally a refund, saying he just found the refund button. headache! he should never be a seller again!"Feb 26th 2012, 9:24:10 AM PST (almost 13 years ago)
