I offered to have the buyer pay me $3.85 over PayPal for CERTIFIED shipping since it was a PICKUP ONLY auction and she said it was too far for her to travel - instead the Buyer insisted on sending me a pre-addressed envelope with postage and I accommodated her - now she claims she got the envelope back with no earrings inside and tried to get me to send her something else to make up for it! NOT COOL!
