She glued the head back on and it looks OK, thank goodness, but I am returning her points and shipping and will do the same for you if yours arrives broken. Also, I will try to replace it. I hope it makes it OK but wanted you to know. Hers was delicate and 3-D (still hard resin) but it's unacceptable to me if something arrives broken, so I will make it right with you if that happens.
