I just wish that you had communicated with me so that I knew what was going on ~ I had to read the feedback you gave others from your profile page. You didn't tell me the same thing in your Feb. 25th email, so I wasn't sure what was going on. When I didn't receive responses to my emails (there were 4) after Feb. 25th, I decided to request a refund. This is why I'm leaving neutral ~ item not received, lack of communication, and explanations not matching. I did receive one response on Feb., 25th, so I don't want to give negative feedback."
