"I apologized and sent more than she spent on ... " (more) postage and for her envelope. I am a lung cancer survivor with one lung, who was laid out with the common cold for 6 weeks. My husband unknowinly sold these to a child at our church flea market. I did not know. I immediatly sent an apology via email and IMMEDIATLY refunded her money plus postage and more for her envelope. Rather than be understanding and kind this person chose to leave negative feedback and acts as if I have be negligent. I have an account on ebay with excellant rating and have never had an issue like this before. This is only pennies and not life or death. I hope life is good for her, the way she treated this error makes me think she is a very fortunate and healthy individual. Life puts life in prospective!
