" (more) tell me they got them and I emailed them several times over and over and then on the 26th they notified me that they did notify me that they got it and said she caught the mailman when he was there,but the delivery confirmation slip I always use said notice left and it said that for 5 days so nothing in the comments or emails stating she received the items at all. then when I would email them they said oh ye I will leave your feedback for you no problem?that was also on the 26th then she wrote I am well aware of how Listia works as I reminded her that she has to click the got it button so it tells me she got the package. well she didnt until I said something in an email once again. I always keep up with my items and always keep the winning bidder informed as to where the package is. so apparently they want someone that just sends a package and forgets about it totally. then they have the gall to leave me a neutral feedback rating because I emailed them 7 times while the package was en route to let them know where it was every other day or every 3rd day so they would know when to expect it so they could be home to receive it since they live in an apartment. and then to remind them to leave their feedback so I could leave mine for them since I paid for the shipping and everything and I also sent them bonus gifts to boot since they used the get it now! I think rude people like this who keep the item beyond 3 days and dont leave the feedback rating on the customer service they received and the speed of the shipping just waiting for the item to break or something or do whatever with them since I can see no reason to not leave the feedbacks on brand new items still in their packages right away.definitely deserve a negative because its people like this that make others want to quit because some people have to have a got it clicked in order to receive the credits for the auction they sold or they dont get the credits the bidder bid.It is a damn shame that their are people out here that will do whatever they can do just to try to keep the wool pulled over others eyes. I will not do business with these people again as I have a perfect feedback rating with no negatives at all because I give absolute great customer service to my bidders.
