"What to say? After I requested a refund, the seller granted it and claimed they lost everything in ... " (more) a fire on 1/30. While my sympathies go out to anyone who experiences such a terrible loss, the auction ended on 1/22, so I'm not clear why that has anything to do with why I never got a response and the item wasn't shipped for 8 days before the fire. I'm just confused."
