You used the program rendering it unusable by anyone else. So, sending it back is pointless. You can't scam me. Kick rocks and get lost. Computers crash when operating systems are trying to perform tasks that the hard drive cannot handle. Look at my feedback; I've sold several of these and it worked perfectly fine everyone else but you, huh? Smells like fish. I'm glad listia ruled in my favor because you don't know what your talking about. If for some reason it doesn't work for you, which I doubt, you should've read the detailed description and pictures first."
